On January 5th-6th 2015, DuraCARE Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC will undergo its accreditation review process.

Accreditation is a process that demonstrates a provider has met standards for the quality of its services.  CARF International establishes these standards to guide providers in offering their services and also uses the standards to evaluate how well a provider is serving the people and how it can improve.

Before becoming accredited, DuraCARE Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC must show that it focuses on quality improvement, the best possible outcomes of its services, and customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please communicate your concerns to any staff member or the Executive Director, Wendy Q. Durant, LPC.   At DuraCARE Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC we pledge to work hard to resolve concerns about our services.
